2007 GT500 Shelby

The 2007 Shelby GT500 Cobra Mustang was the most powerful Ford Mustang factory-build ever introduced to the streets at the date of its release.

The product of a unique collaboration between the Ford SVT – Special Vehicle Team, and performance car guru Carroll Shelby, this Shelby GT500 instantly brings to mind the magic of the 1960’s Shelby Mustangs, but with new twists that make it a truly modern engineering feat. On the drawing board since the introduction of the Mustang GT Coupe, this car adds design elements and performance extras that place it right at the top of muscle car evolution. Capable of producing more than 450 horsepower combines incredible big block performance with the same attitude that produced legendary cars the first time around. This Mustang fans greeted news of the forthcoming release with incredible enthusiasm, and were not disappointed!
