The 2004 SVT Cobra Mustang represented the last year of the popular car before the all new S197 body style changes.
Like the 2003 SVT Cobra, the 04 models came with quite a supercharged powerhouse under the hood that was quickly snapped up by Mustang enthusiasts worldwide! Little did they know they were getting the last of the breed... making it an instant overnight collector car!
Again, like the 2003 Model, the 2004 Cobras come equipped for both straight line speed as well as corner hugging suspension!
- A cast iron block was used instead of aluminum

- Manley H-beam connecting Rods with a wrist pin oiling hole
- Aluminium flywheel
- Tremec T-56 six-speed transmission
- 3.55:1 rear axle ratio
- Stronger 31 spline half shafts
